Nothing is shipped

Everything we sell is digital. There are no physical goods and no shipping charges.

Workbooks

After you pay, the download link is shown on the confirmation page, and we email it to the address you gave at checkout within 24 hours. When a series is still being written, each new part is emailed to you as it is released, at no extra cost.

Monthly support

Member benefits, such as early access to new parts, the monthly note and Supporter rewards, arrive by email to the address you gave at checkout. When a membership ends, nothing new is sent.

Something missing?

Check your spam folder, then write to [email protected] with your Razorpay payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
