Refunds and cancellations

Workbooks
If a workbook does not open, is not what the page described, or does not reach you within 24 hours, write to [email protected] within 7 days of paying. We will fix it or refund you in full.
Because workbooks are files you keep, we do not otherwise refund a workbook once it has been delivered.
One-time support
Support is a gift. If you paid the wrong amount or paid twice by mistake, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.
Monthly support
Cancel at any time, using the link in Razorpay's emails or by writing to us. You are not charged after you cancel, and you keep everything already sent. If a renewal was charged by mistake, write within 7 days and we will refund that month.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the method you paid with, through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show the money in your account.
